They weren't designed to be dyno queens. They were meant for the entusiast to enjoy his/her favorite twisty backroad and maybe to do some track days/autocross/road racing. I'm not trying to put you down, just saying 1000WRHP Z's aren't too common because that's not what they are 'good' at. Supras are easier to mod because of the engine layout. You can do a turbo/manifold upgrade on a Supra with the engine in the car when you have to pull it on the Z. Also 2 of everything jacks the price way up on the Z when it comes to big power mods like that. IMHO that's why you haven't seen/heard of 1000WRHp Z's
